We want to provide you with the friendliest and highest quality auto repair available in the Wausau area.

Some History And Plans

I have been in the field since 1994 part time and 1997 full time. In 2008, I decided to open my own shop. My grandson, Nathan chose the name for the shop when he was two years old. Now sometimes after school or on weekends, he is at the shop learning the trade. The goal is for him to eventually take over the shop.

Nathan has already been involved in some demanding auto repairs. His first car needed a transmission before he could drive it, we did this job together. He has already pulled out three transmissions, assisted with an engine replacement and performed various other simpler jobs. He is picking it up quite well and we have a good time working together.

Before being a full time mechanic, I was in the Navy for 9 1/2 years. I spent most of that time on a ship. My first ship was the USS Chancellorsville and my last ship was USS Oldendorf. I also spent three years teaching operation and maintenance of the Mk41 VLS, a missile launching system.  While onboard USS Chancellorsville, I deployed to the Persian Gulf twice in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. I have a world map in the office that shows all the places I have been outside the US.
